This is an interactive 3-day workshop designed to demonstrate reliability and asset stewardship in the context of reducing risks within your operating process and your business. Participants will gain an understanding of the requirements of Asset Management based on the tenets of ISO 55000.

Practice Failure Mode Analysis to identify asset risks.
Practice Root Cause Analysis techniques to resolve asset risks.
Discuss the "P-F Management" philosophy to extend asset life and improve maintainability.
Discuss how vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing and oil analysis technologies improve maintenance effectiveness.
Explain how resistance to change, compliance and individual performance impacts stakeholder asset management expectations.
