Session Information

Session submission deadline is February 6, 2026.

Session length is 45 minute
Vendors may setup anytime on Monday, April 12, 2026 from 1PM to 5PM
Only 120V electrical power (standard outlet only) available
All equipment must be no wider than 4 ft, no taller than 6 ft, less than 400 lbs and must be movable with a pallet jack.
Session equipment is the responsibility of the vendor to get to the training center unless you also have a booth at the Innovation Conference
For Innovation Conference exhibitors, they are allowed to ship via Convention Display Service (CDS) but will be responsible for transporting any materials from the main plant to the training center and back
