The course will enhance your workforce understanding of the principles of asset management and how it will establish and sustain an asset management process. Implementing an asset management process using the correct principles and standards are powerful tools for organizations of all sizes. Supporting innovation and increasing productivity allows organizations to implement and maintain best practices, reduce cost and create a competitive advantage. In addition, established Asset Management process can be compliant with ISO 55000 standard.

This training provides the details of Asset Management principles geared toward an organization's leadership encompassing all areas (design, capital project, procurement, maintenance & operations) of the company. This course is based on the experience of managing assets "from cradle to grave" and is centered on the book 'Ten Rights of Asset Management' by Ramesh Gulati & Terrence O'Hanlon.
