Healthcare Lean Certificates Presented at Greenwood Leflore Hospital

Greenwood Leflore healthcare professionals who attended the Fall 2021 Healthcare Lean Certificate training were presented with certificates on March 11, 2022, by staff from the Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems-Extension. CAVS-E's Healthcare Lean Certificate program is designed to help the healthcare industry improve their quality of service, reduce their costs, and increase the speed of delivery of their healthcare services. Each participant is required to complete a Lean Process Improvement project that provides tangible benefits to their organization. This training was made possible through a grant awarded by the Rural Business-Cooperative Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) for a Delta Health Care Services program.
