In this session you will learn how to benchmark your 4M Change Management Process against a World Class process. This includes Nissan's specific requirements of what they expect to see when reviewing your 4M Change Process.

• Defining the requirements of NPQP as it relates to 4M Change Management
• Nissan's step by step methodology of establishing and managing a good 4M Change Management Process
• Understanding the impact of doing it wrong
• Examples of 4M Changes specific to Nissan and hands-on activities make the process more relatable
• Determine the effectiveness of your current 4M Change Management activities / process and identify opportunities for improvement

• Understanding of AIAG requirements
• Understanding of NPQP requirements
• Understanding of your company's 4M Change Management activities / process

• Business email account
• Supplier site code or corporate code if corporate employee
