to attend the first meeting of the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals South-Central ChapterMay 3, 2016 @ 6:00 PM At Mississippi State's CAVS Extension 153 Mississippi Parkway Canton, MS 39046
This meeting will provide an opportunity for maintenance and reliability professionals from Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Tennessee to meet, network, learn and share best practices. This meeting is FREE, and you don't need to be a member of SMRP to attend.
Featured speaker: Darin Wikoff with Eruditio
Darrin is a U.S. Navy veteran who lives in Dallas, TX. Over the past 15 years, he has coached and mentored business leaders around the world through improvement initiatives aimed at increasing value, reducing cost and extending asset life. He is a passionate and engaging teacher who brings real-world experience and practicality to the classroom.
Darrin is the author of "Centered On Excellence", co-author of Eruditio's "Leadership for Asset Management Excellence" book series, and associate editor and co-author of the "Maintenance Engineering Handbook", 7th Edition. As a member of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group, he participated in the construction of ISO 55000 and continues to educate industry and government leaders as they develop and administer modern asset management systems.

- SMRP representative(s) will present chapter with signed Affiliation Agreement.
- Hold member vote on ballot of officers and directors.
- Appoint Chairs for each committee as determined by the Steering Committee.
- Chapter leaders, committee chairs, and members at large discuss the kinds of meetings you want to have during the first 6 months.
- Survey the meeting attendees to see what type of future events and benefits interest them.
